Meet Girod Alexander, a 16 servant of Jesus in Ventanilla, Peru. He is a faithful volunteer at his church, and has offered his talents to help our own Jabes Perez with the Salt & Light ministry in Peru. Sadly, just weeks before kicking off the Salt & Light work, a fire broke out starting with his refrigerator, ultimately taking his entire home.
He and his mother are currently living in a tent that has been provided by the mayor of the city until they figure out the next steps for him and his mother. They are doing the very best they can; however, right now they are unable to keep food, so we have been asked to help them get a new refrigerator.
